Laurel Park Retreat Centre has been
created to offer a calm environment for any retreat, teacher training or private event to enable guests’ respite and relaxation
We provide a quiet, rustic, glamping-based venue for holistic residential retreat events such as yoga, pilates, painting, writing, meditation, etc.
Guest numbers
Accommodation:
We can accommodate up to 12 guests in our glamping tents, wagons, hut based on twin occupancy. Some facilities can accommodate 3 guests, so there is flexibility for you to offer a mix of single, twin and triple occupancy, as you see fit. You can also offer guests to bring their own accommodation (tent, motorhome, caravan, etc.)
Eating:
We can cater for up to 14 people for a sit down meal. But more could be accommodated, if required.
Practice:
Our ‘Yoga Barn’ event space is suitable for 12-14 yoga matts comfortably spaced (plus a teacher) for yoga, pilates, etc.
Or 18-20 yoga matts more closely spaced for sound baths / meditation.
Additional:
Outdoor seating is available for 20+ people
The hot-tub is suitable for up to 6 adults
Parking is available for 8 cars on hardstanding, with plenty of grass over-flow parking for 10+ more

Lunch and dinner prepared and presented (buffet style), and all clearing and cleaning included for these catered meals
£75pp for a 2-night retreat (includes: 2 lunches, 2 dinners, all teas and coffees)
£105pp for a 3-night retreat (includes: 3 lunches, 3 dinners, all teas and coffees)
OPTION C - Dinner only
Dinner prepared and presented (buffet style), and all clearing and cleaning included for this meal

£60pp for a 3-night retreat (includes: 3 dinners, all teas and coffees)
OPTION D - No catering required
All catering, presenting, clearing and cleaning to be arranged by retreat host
£0 (no food or refreshments included. Teas and coffees can be arranged as per one-day-retreat option)
PLEASE NOTE: Laurel Park does not have commercial kitchen facilities. The lounge/dining area has 2 fridges,
a kettle, a microwave and a toaster, which you and your guests are welcome to use.
PLEASE NOTE: For any meals or snacks arranged / catered by the retreat host, full use of our cutlery, crockery and glass ware is permitted. However, the cleaning, drying and putting away of all used items is the responsibility of the host for any meals Laurel Park is not catering. If additional clearing / cleaning is required of Laurel Park this can be provided at an additional charge per meal.
One-day retreat tea and coffee facilities: £25 for the first 8 people,
+ £2.50 per person thereafter
One-day retreat lunch, snack, tea and coffee food service: £160 for the first 8 people,
+ £15 per person thereafter - example menu can be provided
Venue:
Additional night hire of the entire venue and accommodation: £500
Tree planting ceremony : £75 (per tree)
Off-set your carbon footprint with the planting of a tree on-site
Virtual tree planting: £50
The purchase of 20 trees, which will be planted in our forest in Madagascar (via our tree planting partner)
Luxuries:
Hot tub: £200 for the duration of your stay
Includes: hot tub preparation, filling, and regular chemical level checks / maintenance throughout your stay,
plus emptying and clean up after usage
Ice Bath: £90 for the duration of your stay
Includes: ice bath preparation, filling, and regular checks / maintenance throughout your stay,
plus emptying and clean up after usage
Silent Disco System with up to 20 headsets and 2 transmitters/channels: £100 (per 24 hours)
Ideal for ecstatic dance and moving meditations (more headsets available if required, at an additional charge)
Use of our massage therapy space: £100 per weekend retreat
Provide your own therapist / service / towels / products / etc.
Optional extras which could be arranged on your behalf, include:
Shamanic drumming experience, sound bath session, beauty therapist, ice-baths,
and a healthy cooking demonstration - eg: make cacao bliss balls and raw chocolate bark

No deposit is required to provisionally book your event for a holding period of 2 weeks. During this time your dates will remain promoted and available to others, but we will inform you of any other interest and allow you first right of refusal to the held dates. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to properly secure your event dates. The final balance payment is required 4 months prior to your event.
