What Personal Information We Collect

When you hire our venue for retreats, we collect:

    •    Your contact details (name, email, phone number, address)

    •    Business information and retreat details

    •    Payment and billing information

    •    Your retreat guests' contact information (names, emails, phone numbers, and if/where necessary; dietary requirements, health considerations)

How We Use Your Information

For Venue Rental Services

Legal Basis: Contract performance and legitimate interests 

Purpose: To provide venue rental services, manage bookings, process payments, and maintain our business relationship with you.

For Guest Contact (Marketing)

Legal Basis: Legitimate interests (subject to guest consent or request) 

Purpose: To contact your retreat guests who have explicitly requested to hear from us about our services and future opportunities.

Important: We will only contact guests who have given their consent to receive marketing communications from us.

How Long We Keep Your Information

    •    Retreat host information: Up to 7 years after our last interaction (for tax and business records)

    •    Guest information: Up to 2 years after their retreat (unless they request removal sooner)

    •    Financial records: 6 years as required by law

Sharing Your Information

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information or your guests' information with any third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data only when:

    •    Required by law or court order

    •    With professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) under confidentiality agreements

    •    With payment processors for transaction purposes only
